'Our Park' is located at the edge of Manitou Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak and within walking distance of Garden of the Gods. There are over a hundred RV spaces, cabins, bunk houses, tent sites, two pools and three laundry and\or bath house facilities, a restaurant in a Silver Stream trailer, and an event center. In the summer it is common to see an almost constant stream of every type of RV entering and leaving. Nothing is ever quite the same from one hour to the next.
